I code and I lead — and I'm good at making each one strengthen the other.

22+ years in engineering, the last 15 leading teams and products across logistics, insurance, retail and financial services. Never stopped being hands-on: 250+ commits across 20+ new repos in the last 14 months, including production Gen-AI agent stacks for real small businesses, a Turborepo PWA monorepo shipping to two customer-facing apps, and OSS-style Python SDKs published for Portuguese payment and e-invoicing services.

Applied AI: voice + email agents in production (Vapi + Vonage + OpenAI · Gmail + OpenAI). AIOps pipelines (GitLab CI processing data with OpenAI, model-agnostic test framework for deterministic continuity across LLM versions). Prompt engineering inside business workflows. Daily driver: Claude Code with custom skills, sub-agents, hooks and MCP servers. Also: Sora for video rendering. PyPI open-source maintainer.

Lead teams: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, Management 3.0. Coach leads and engineers; build psychologically safe, data-driven cultures.

Experience

Currently (Natixis, 2026–): Release Manager on an 80+ engineer program, where I built (solo, in Python) the full automation stack we run releases on — Control-M orchestration, Jira/Confluence integrations, paramiko-based Linux ops, and a Sybase QA framework gating releases on count / cross-environment / day-over-day validation across UAT / PROD / BENCH.

Recent (Kuehne+Nagel, 2022–2025): led modernization of a mission-critical Customer Master Data monolith into Java/Spring microservices with Kafka, Elasticsearch and Angular, using a strangler layer for legacy consumers — while migrating from OpenShift to AWS EKS. Designed and operated ETL + data pipelines feeding Snowflake and a data lake; built a GitLab CI/CD AIOps pipeline processing data with OpenAI plus a model-agnostic test framework ensuring continuity across LLM versions; applied prompt engineering inside enterprise master-data workflows. Recognized internally as a modernization success case.

Earlier: Leroy Merlin (Ytech) — CI/CD on Jenkins/GitLab, Node.js async services and large-scale data processing for OLAP analytics. Azul Seguros — Java/Spring microservices, Kafka/JMS, six cross-functional teams. Bradesco Seguros (BRQ & Stefanini) — enterprise services on heterogeneous DB2/Oracle backends, Data Warehouse + ETL + BI reports. eFinance 2010 Award.
